Thanks for posting again. I read all you other posts and I was wondering about the comment you made about staff handling any confrontations that come up in group. Does this mean executives or staff such as yourself? Do they train you at all outside of the building? Who does the training if so? And also I'd really like to know, what happens when a client goes for the door? So I'd like to clarify your answer on the other questions in our posts. You have never seen someone being restrained? Ever to your knowledge as you put it? Do they just get thrown into solitary if there is a problem? I think this goes back to the main question of what happens when someone goes for the door.
