Che, be careful not to tip your hand as to where you get your info, or what info you have access to. That is to say, don't give warnings about how Huey should be careful what sites he posts his material on.

Also, how does Ken Huey know that well proxied posts from the UK? Did forntis give him that info? thanks

Ken has access to his own server records. He wouldn't have gotten proxy ip data from fornits without one hell of a legal fight no matter how much psy is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaawing about the names being posted.

Very easy, Sherlocks. Well-proxied tipped his own hand by accessing the CALO server AND/OR by writing to the people at CALO. It is easy then to identify the IP address and its country of origin, and even the city.

EPIC LOLz That's the most ridiculous threat I've ever heard!

Seriously what could this guy do? Subpoena "anonymous" ????...

This case will never be taken seriously and he knows it!

But I have to say it will be funny to hear how crazy he drives himself trying...

All I can hope is he spends a ton of money on the best lawyer he can find so when he loses he'll go bankrupt and CALO will be shut down for "economic reasons".

No, but if "well proxied" did access CALO's servers and Ken checked the logs, he would have that information.  He hasn't even asked us, which I suspect means that either he is gearing up for legal action, or he already knows and is gearing up to act on that.

There's one thing people seem to be missing out on. Well Proxied doesn't seem like the kind of idiot who wouldn't use a proxy to cruise CALO's little server. My wildest guess is he was just as proxied up for cruising KEN KEN's sekrit pit o' shame that he was for posting the info on fornits.

Perhaps, or maybe since Tor is incredibly slow for downloading larger files such as PDFs, he just skipped the proxy on that step.  Time will tell.

btw.. Well Proxied.. Stop sending meemails. I told you I don't want anything to do with your shennangians, even if I do have to concede they've been damn effective in undermining Ken "red flag touches" huey in front of his own staff.
