Can't sleep.  Nightmares wake me up, can't fall asleep again. No "treatment" with this  end result for any proportion of it's "patients" can be justified. Oh, did I mention i wasn't sick to begin with? Oh, did I mention that the "sickness" of cutting class, and running away from an abusive home, doesn't exist. Oh, did I mention that this "treatment" has no evidence for working for ANYONE, and the only clinical evidence available shows that it damages people? Oh, did I mention these cult members shamelessly destroy people, lie, sneak,  feel no cumpunction about what they've done, and try their damndest to do it again, as long as there's money to be made? Just so you know.

Normally when I can't sleep it is because of a lumpy mattress. Maybe get a new mattress?
