Thewho claims to fight against the double standard.
You can spot him because he often makes mention of things like:

“Anything negative gets in for free…anything positive gets the ninth degree”

“A ropes course has now been added to the long list of events now considered torture….  I would bet if you asked a group of the kids if they would rather sit and study or do the ropes course the overwhelming majority would pick the ropes course.  So that makes studying the highest form of torture”

“There is criticism of programs because they are not licensed when in fact many are not required to be.  Many here often leave that part out.”

“The argument that a particular program didn’t have a great library or their teachers were not certified is an interesting argument.  How many of the kids took advantage of their local library or even attended school prior to being placed.  Of course this is never mentioned either.  So how many other points are left out or stories embellished in the attempt to tarnish a particular program.  One wonders sometimes. If a program could just get a kid to open a book it would be a great accomplishment... yet this is never discussed”

If you see this type of posting it is probably thewho.  I don’t think he is out to discredit fornits, just trying to make the arguments more honest and hopefully more productive and force discussion over the real issues.

^^ The who, crazy person or "hired gun" AND crazy person, who claims to be the parent who coordinated its daughter's imprisonment in the Academy at Swift River, and because of this experience has decided to tirelessly devote himself to fighting "double standards" and "force discussion over the real issues" on an internet forum for survivors of imprisonment without due process in torture chambers such as CEDU, Elan, Desisto, etc.

But later turns out never to have had a daughter, but rather two sons, one of which is now dead.  Killed himself after The Who put him through ASR.  Do I have it right, Whooter?

Woah baby!!  Thanks for the info.  That enough to verify the death for me.  I'll add him to the list of kids who died in programs.

Who is many things, but intelligent isn't one of them. His tactics and post are see through, he appears now to be more geared towards posting comments on the "prove it" side, rather than his usual method of just making shit up and then acting surprised when no one buys into his nonsense. What he has yet to realize it that when someone does prove a point as he's challenged, he refuses to accept it, rants on and on about how "it doesn't meet the standards"  and just looks stupid. As to his motivation I neither know nor care. Maybe it is what so many have speculated on, and has seemed the most plausabile; He has a finacial stake in these places. Maybe he's a staff member somewhere. Or maybe he really just is what he seems, an ignorant sadistic child abuser/apologist. Maybe he belives in this doctrine so strongly, and is so brainwashed no amount of facts will ever shake that belief. Whatever his motivation is all he ever accomplishes is showcasing what kind of sick people support these kiddie abusing prisons. Despite his intentions he helps us in the end. His constant refusal to ever accept facts or accept reality, to ever back up his own statements with facts, his refusal to answer questions, his constant dismissal and ridicule of survivors and their stories, it all speaks volumes. Parents see that and as much as he's obsessed with his own credibility, the truth he's never had any. Keep giving him enough rope, he'll tuck his tail and run like he always does.

As much as I ususally respect your opinion I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. The guy is a moron who couldn't reason his way out of a carboard box. He never proves a single point or wins a single argument. He attempts to distract from pertinent issues, but in the end just gets hammered with them anyway. He resprts to red herrings as often as possible when he feels painted into a corner.  Or he simply makes up something about another poster and demand the person acknowledge it before he accepts any obvious truths opposed to what he wants to hear. He's like the second grader who refuses to acknowledge he's peed his pants in the middle of class. By denying it and refusing to believe all he does is attract more attention to himself and highlight that truth further. A truly intelligent person is capable of accepting the truth, regardless of their own feelings. They're also honest and open to all the facts before reaching a concluscion. They aren't afraid of the truth like Cindy is. So unless you tell me that Cindy was a mole all along, and was only playing the part, yes he's a moron. His goals of distracting from the truth have always been apparent, whether he wants them to be or not.

I am new here and dont want to read the whole thread.  So what you are saying this thewho person is undereducated and has a low IQ.  Why do you create a whole thread just to pick on a special needs person.  Why not just ignore him?  There is a neighbor kid who is retarded or autistic and he is a good kid and we try to include him as much as possible with my kids who are smart and doing well in the 2nd grade and they seem to play well together.  I wouldnt try to pick on him too much most of those people are very good natured.

If his son committed suicide why not have some compassion for him or at least his kid.  What does it matter what his name is?  Do you just want to add him to the list you have created? I dont think it is a good idea to place your name on the internet especially if it is a child.

Murder victims object to having their names on the internet! Let their murderer(s) go ununpunished and their suffering kept hidden so that no one even knows what was done to them! This is what the victims want

Just had to post....That is a classic!!  I agree it is funny,  who ever wrote that is fucking lame, first it wasnt even a murder it was a suicide... second the kid who is dead wouldnt even care at this point now would he!!  and how would they know what the dead kids even would want?!!!!  How could they object to having their names on the internet?  If they wanted their story told or thier picture published they would have left a suicide note... some people are so stupid its funny!!!
