Does anyone know about program called Love in Action? A wonderful student of mine is being placed there by overzealous religious parents who have already managed to make this boy feel intense shame and sinfulness. He is really a good kid: good in school,hard working, not on drugs etc... just a normal teenager. I'm concerned. I tried to tell these parents to make sure they research the school and get the flip side of the coin, but since it is a program "living in Christ," they won't hear of it. I know one of the treatments in the program is to retrain homosexuals (my student is anything but), and that sets off a major red flag right there. I'm concerned. The kid himself is so full of his parents' propaganda, he wants to go to "cleanse his soul of sinfulness."  UGH.

The name sounds familiar. I think ISAC might have some info on it. I think maybe they are in touch with others who have a friend there. Take a look - and see what they might have available on the site: http://www.ISACcorp.org

Look, its heresy, really it is. These people don't know what their talking about. Its just another program to make kid copoerate and do what their told at any given time. These people just do it under the little cover all of "Christ." Its filthy, and they dont follow christian principles.
