Charles was simple a normal person who ran a "safe house". He must have been un-employed or on disability because he lived in a trailer in Running Springs and stayed at home all day with students from CEDU. His wife worked, or did something, and his son went to school. There is no way he had any qualifications further than a high-school diploma-if that- and nothing in the area of child psychology, mental health etc. Later, when I went back to visit, around 2000-2001 he was actually a staff at CEDU MS. I was horrified to see him and had to life through all the trauma again. He and his wife were also "escorts" who took me to Ascent, one of the times I went, and again I saw nothing that would pass as any type of occupation or qualification. I pray every night that what I went through didn't happen to anyone else.
