I'm a journalism student at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and I'm writing a story about people who were sent against their will to rehab, bootcamp, or any other coercive school environment while they were teenagers. I'm looking for people in the New York City area to interview. I'm interested in how people readjust (or don't readjust) to their lives when they return. Ideally I'd like to find someone who experienced this within the last 5 years, but I'd like to speak to anyone on the subject.
