This post is interesting because I can't help but wonder if the usage of "POWERLESS" is referring to CBC's The Fifth Estate episode on AARC called "Powerless". A former client alleges she was raped in the center and told that was what powerlessness meant. It's bizarre to see someone make a post like this, especially using such a signature with it.

If someone is insinuating powerlessness as a result of an act of rape or assault, perhaps they should be FRANK about it.
