Thanks for your help. I've read on this site that the charter schools are a different breed altogether. Any thoughts?

Hyde Schools / Hyde in New York

I am considering writing an article about Hyde in New York that would look at both the positive impact of the school on students here as well as concerns of parents and students. Does anyone have thoughts about the Hyde School in New York? Were there objections to its opening, given concerns raised here and elsewhere? Anyone know how it's doing thus far?
