Apparently Saint Paul Insurance Company held the insurance during the Karen Norton / Barnet vs. Straight Inc. case.

I have the really long docket and might return tommorow to find their address.

By 1940 the literacy figure for all states stood at 96 percent for whites. Eighty percent for blacks. Notice for all the disadvantages blacks labored under, four of five were still literate. Six decades later, at the end of the 20th century, the National Adult Literacy Survey and the National Assessment of Educational Progress say 40 percent of blacks and 17 percent of whites can't read at all. Put another way, black illiteracy doubled, white illiteracy quadrupled, despite the fact that we spend three or four times as much real money on schooling as we did 60 years ago.

the war on drugs is but one manifestation, albeit a very dramatic one, of the great moral contests of our age -- the struggle between two diametrically opposed images of man: between man as responsible moral agent, 'condemned' to freedom, benefiting and suffering from the consequences of his actions; and man as irresponsible child, unfit for freedom, 'protected' from its risks by agents of the omnicompetent state.

Apparently Saint Paul Insurance Company held the insurance for Straight Incorporated for a few years in the eightees.  If they held it longer I don't know yet.

You should see just the docket size of the Karen Norton case back then.  Its fucking 13 pages long.  All the fucking and pussying around for retrial, motions to keep mouths shut and motions to dismiss and blah blah blah on the hands of Straight Inc.  I'll paste it up here in a few days.

I am sick unto death of obscure English towns that exist seemingly for the sole accommodation of these so-called limerick writers -- and even sicker of their residents, all of whom suffer from physical deformities and spend their time dismembering relatives at fancy dress balls.

Greg,
If you know who the insurance companies are, I could use the information.  I am interested in running a historical on many separate institutions.  Mainly this information is on file at the Pinellas sheriff's department.  Do you work for the DFAF ?  Because, they're not budging.  I can't get the information from the police unless I have a court order.  I asked.

Can you help ? what do you know ?  Do you know if they switched several times ?  Who are 'they' ?

Were the government to prescribe to us our medicine and diet, our bodies would be in such keeping as our souls are now. Thus in France the emetic was once forbidden as a medicine, and the potato as an article of food. Government is just as infallible,[sic] too, when it fixes systems in physics. Galileo was sent to the Inquisition for affirming that the earth was a sphere.... It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself.

Hello.  I was just wondering if anyone knew exactly where I could find out what insurance companies held the policies on Straight Incorporated in Florida (especially @ Pinellas headquarters) from the years of 1982 - 1993.

If you know, this information would be very valuable.
