-
Just sent them an email--also sent them the Canada Animal Abuse site to read about the horse abuse up there. Understand the Suds plan to have horses and an arena at this NEW PLACE...so this commission issuing the permit needs to know exactly how the Suds treat animals TOO!!!!

The Public Hearing is today, Thursday April 7th: Sudweeks asking for permit to build "their new facility."--this location is outside Nephi."
Sudweeks -- granted the License for a Private School in Nephi, subject to "conditions." What Mr. McKnight, the City Administrator, had to say about these "conditions" can be read under the thread referring to this license.

This committee says it is taking public comments for two weeks before making its decision. Is this normal in this type of thing, or perhaps they might actually be concerned?
-
The Juab Planning Commission is taking public comments---please voice your opinion! Contact information here!

sounds like the SUDS (WHITMORE ACADEMY)donated money to the church, which in turn sent at least one commissioner on a vacation, disguised as a mission.......Is that what I'm hearing???.........a lot of money travels through WHITMORE ACADEMY into both the county and city coffers.........fair hearings...I doubt
-
Bribery through the church--and the money filtered to some commissioner? You got all THAT from AMF's posting?
I'd like to hear some real details here, myself. Not saying the Suds wouldn't do something like that, just seems a stretch from that posting.
-
So you think the Suds spread a bit of money around to City and County folks, huh? Doesn't seem like they have given "their fair share to the Nephi Police Department," since the Suds are always yelling how much the Nephi Police don't like them.

Juab Planning Commission says next meeting is May 5th. Says those concerned should be at the meeting. Sudweeks showed up with lots of kids with them.
That's the way the Sudweeks do things: parade the kids in front of the commission--"doing it to save the kids."
Voice your protests!
-
Anyone who can go!! Please!! Power in numbers! Voices will be heard.
-
Spoke with Mr. Glenn Greenhalgh on the Juab Planning Commission: Wednesday 4/20/05
There IS NOT another public hearing on May 5th.
They do continue to welcome public comments.
-
The Juab Planning Commission's decision is due today.
Any CHANCE this commission in the fine state of UTAH will deny the Sudweeks a permit?
Remember: THIS IS UTAH FOLKS!
-
The Juab Planning Commission agreed to issue a CONDITIONAL use permit. The CONDITIONS are being finalized prior to final approval and issuance.
Mr. Glenn Greenhalgh says the CONDITIONS will be provided upon completion, and upon request.
