I'm happy for all of you nieve human beings that believe The horse leah stole was hers. But i'm sorry to burst your bubble, leah came onto whitmore property and stole that horse, the whole thing was wrong, she didn't have papers and the police let her take it. Now how sad do you think the girl was whose horse was really hers? Thats sad that leah would steal something like that, but leah is known for stealing around here, she did a lot of that at stores. But thats off subject , the horse is safe now with it's rightful owners so knowone has to worry anymore. But thanks

Gee, I am confused... how could she be sued for the boarding if the horse wasn't hers. I also know her Grandmother paid money to transport the horse to The Whitmore and has documentation to prove it. Hmm, sounds like your information is a little twisted. Also, last time I talked to Leah and her Grandmother the horse is in Leah's possession. So guess that makes her the rightful owner. Try again..Bad information on your part. We are not naive, you are misinformed!

I Have Talked To Leah Personally and I Choose To believe The Whitmore. I Go To There Church and I know That they have had Tessa Long Before Leah Arrived At The Whitmore.

Officer Wright accompanied Leah to pick up her horse, and verified HER PAPERWORK THAT TEZA WAS AND IS HER HORSE.
Mark Sudweeks has filed a suit against Leah, NOT FOR OWNERSHIP OF THE HORSE but for boarding, feeding the animal, etc. Rather lame deal, too.
How much is he going to pay her for using HER HORSE in the little "pretend horse therapy program there."
The horse's correct names is TEZA, BTW.
Maybe this is just another "the police hate the Sudweeks deal, huh?"
You would think that people with the PROVEN HISTORY, and CONVICTION of Animal Cruelty would ask their friend there to "hey could we drop this horse thing." THE SUDWEEKS still need to answer the questions: HOW AND WHY did that horse die in October 2004? Why wasn't a Vet there to take care of it? Why the big coverup?
Leah's horse is safe, and with its rightful owner.
Mark Sudweeeks trying to sue an 18 year old college girl just shows he is a spinless piece of shit.

I do not think verifying that one attends church with the Sudweeks proves anything. These church going people---Mark Sudweeks has been convicted of MANY COUNTS OF ANIMAL CRUELTY IN CANADA...lost his appeal on this!

When you come to your senses and realize what the truth is, then open your mouth. Mark is a lot of peoples HERO! I live at the mansion and i never go over to the boys house or the barn, how would i know? i dont pay attention to the horse stuff. i dont know about it but the facts still stand, leah, teza is the ugliest thing i have ever seen. why do you want that beast anyways?

The horse does not and never did belong to the Sudweeks. Teza is the horse Leah has been riding since she was 12 years old.

Gmom, maybe they needed to try and sue Leah for 5K for more lawyer fees. Seems like things are heating up for them. They keep putting themselves out there. Printing confidential stuff, accusing a father of sexually abusing his kid, saying your granddaughter stole a horse. Guess their lawayer needs to define a few words to them like slander etc, huh? Maybe they want to share some of that money that scam those parents out of.

sounds like everything else im hearing. you want the sudweeks to take in not only horses for free but also kids. if leah was so honest. why is she lying about the police coming with her. i just talked to the nephi police dept. and they said they have nothing to do with this. lets quit being so dumb. these people are playing us. im talking about sweet grandma a young sweet leah. if they were so nice why did they wait till the horse was gone to trespass and take the horse and i hear other things. not such good people if you ask me.

Being the good citizen she is, leah waited untill all of the sudweeks were at church, she came by herself and trespasses on our property and took the horse, alone. officer wright was never there.

The Sudweeks have no right to keep her personal property from her, which they have housed in their hanger, along with a lot of other kids' stuff. Somehow, they seem to think they own anything that comes near them. Once a kid gets there, anything they own seems to become fair game. How about airport cards? Why do those just seem to disappear?
If no one was at the Whitmore, how does anyone know who was with or not with Leah, when she picked up Teza? Get your facts straight. Why did Cheryl threaten her on the phone later that day? Cheryl should be setting examples of behavior, not behaving like the kids with behavior problems in her care.

Now this one is being bumped for informational purposes as well, but mainly because it's pretty damn funny. People claiming that Leah "stole" her own horse. People claiming to be at the Whitmore and "know all about it" but they dont' even know that the horse is no longer there. It would be funny stuff if it weren't for what Leah and her family are having to endure.

This thread does "take the cake." Accusing this girl of stealing her OWN horse--when all she did was go with a Nephi police officer to the Whitmore to remove her OWN horse,which she had legal ownership papers for?
The the MIGHTY Mark Sudweeks dared to SLAPP a small claims court suit on this girl for "room and board" for this horse, AFTER he used this horse in the Whitmore horse program for FREE...as if he didn't have to house and feed the horse while he used it in the horse program.
Cheap, cheap shot---Markie boy. Taking a girl to court. Now why did you go and do something THAT stupid?
And, why did the Judge remove your wifey and all the Whitmore kids from the court room?
And, why did the Judge provide this girl and her grandmother a police escort from the courthouse?
And, just what will KSL News be reporting about this court hearing?
And, wasn't the Officer who escorted this girl to pick up her horse right there at the court house as a witness for her?

Ask Sue Scheff at PURE---she sent most if not all the kids to Whitmore. She should know how much was paid out in bounty, ur..referral fees to fill up Whitmore.

Doesn't it seem strange that postings about Leah's horse come from kids at Whitmore who have never met Leah, were not there when the horse arrived at Whitmore nor were they there when Leah was escorted by the Nephi PD to pick up her horse?????? That implies to me they would have just relinquished her no problem. If that is so, then why the small claims suit? Why were all of the Whitmore kids, Bernie Farrow and the Sudweeks kids at the courthouse?

AND the Suds never dreamed Leah would come to court with an ADULT, and with LEGAL PAPERS, and LEGALLY PREPARED to present her case properly to a Judge. What did the MARK bring? NOTHING except a bunch of kids, and DR. BERNIE FARROW, and wifey Cheryl making a jerk of herself to the point the Judge removed them all from the courtroom! The Judge's decision will most probably say a whole lot more than NO to Mark Sudweeks. This may be one of the worse decisions the Suds have made in awhile---trying to intimidate a young girl, and trying to get $5,000 out of her to boot!

Firstly - why does the girl have to "just ask" for her own horse? Its hers and she can remove it at will.
Secondly - wasn't he in court asking for back board? How can he do that and claim the animal isn't hers? *IF* thats what he is actually doing - it is extreamly goofy.
Arabians eat to much?
What a hoot. They are horses and so they do eat like a horse - but Arabians are noted for being able to keep condition and stay strong on diets that would starve down an average horse.
Think about their heritage - consider the generations of selective breeding by the desert monarchs - these are remarkable animals.
The Arabian is one of the finest breeds of horses you can own and improve what ever stock they are crossed with in significant ways.
*Some* are high strung and not good mounts for beginners - but they are a most excellent horses.
