Please post any current developments in any and all CEDU lawsuits, including contact information with the law firm or any relevant parties involved.

On a personal note I am looking to sue the bastards at BCA for my own experiences there, but I think Its a good idea to just have an update post for those of you already in your own court battles.

Please include contact information for those of us just getting into the fray!! thank you
