It is so unfair how huge and nice elan 3 was. Their dining room was the size of a gym, and at 8 and 7 we were smushed together like sardines 24 hours a day. I remember smelly people I was forced to sit next to and people's breath on my neck all the time. The elan 3 kids were also very babied. They had staff members who acted like parents. Our staff weren't even fucking nice to us when we were doing great. I was a fucking full coordinator and Tania still treated me like shit, never made eye contact with me, etc. I hated her stupid ass bouncy hair and the way she jumped up and down screaming at kids. WHY DID WE RESPECT THESE PEOPLE! The staff were like animals that had broken free from the zoo. I hope tania has gotten her nose re-broken recently. That stupid ass dumb bitch.

i also believe tonia was the worse staff there. God i hated it when i seen her walk through tthe doors in the morning.never once do i think i ever really talked to her. and i was in her house.

man i feel for you guys that went to 7 and 8, didn't realize that the staff treated you like crap. but you're right they did treat us right, they were like family. even the lead director of elan 3 Kary was really involved. Sorry you go so cheated.

Terry Volk was the best (next to missy.) Bob was pretty involved as well, but only with his favorites.
