Does the name James Hartz, formerly with 'The Seed' mean anything to anybody?

Jim Hartz was a former Marine and masters level psychologist with the state of Georgia before becoming Straight's first director.  His brother was a St Pete police officer.  Hartz was later replaced by Miller Newton. After leaving Straight he formed his own treatment program.

If you have information linking him to The Seed, I'd love to hear it.
