"I looked through the stuff you posted, but I've never seen any of that where I work. I've worked here for 2 years and have only once heard of anything that crossed the line. And that time I know that about 5 people including one of the head honchos got fired. It was over a non-standard restraint where the kid wound up with a black eye."

"One of the Radio-4s which are essentially the second in charge for day to day crap, and it was attempted to be covered up by one of the Radio-3s, they were caught and fired."

"The restraint system we get trained and certified in is mandt...

Believe it was a 4 point restraint, but the takedown was wrong, the kid ended up going face first into a desk. I wasn't there, so can't say for sure tho, just what I have heard."

"Not sure on the licensing, I know DHS comes out and checks us out occasionally, and we have to sign all types of papers for them saying we know not to beat up anyone and document everything, but not sure if we are licensed by them.

Restraints are only done by trained staff, kids are never allowed to help."
