Title: smoking and drinking at CEDU??

hate to sound ignorant, but I was reading a CEDU post earlier that referred to drinking and smoking whiile at CEDU.  Were y'all allowed to drink?   I was in Straight; man I"d have love to drink beer while in straight.  Would'a made things a lot more mellow - or violent.  YOu never know.  Lots of anger at STraight.  A few beers and group might have been way fun!

No you weren't allowed to drink.  Towards the end, I used cigarettes and alcohol to break free of the brainwashing.  Learning how to manipulate at CEDU, we set it up so my buddy had a part time job in town.  He'd bring beer and cigs for us.  When he got busted, I ran his fulltime!

you can brew alcohol and bring buds back from visits, easy as pie....made up for about 75% of y stay :smile:

Haha people used to steal yeast from the kitchen and brew in ansel adams. And there was this one guy that used to get alcohol and speed and other shit including weed from some connections he had in town. IT was awesome! HAHA! u just had to know the right people and not be know as a snitch. Cuz man when some shit even came out people were clueless.

hahaha... we totally used to make our own alcohol.
i'd never smoked weed before cedu, and i didn't start while i was there; however, there were some kids i knew who were doing coke and smoking herbals.  i just smoked cigs and huffed aerosol cans.
yeh, that's why i'm so stupid now.

I knew a kid who slammed smack there. He had put it into the heel of his athletic shoe - carved out the honeycomb plastic and packed a rig. Man...
