These lists are for parents to share information on programs that are available, their rights, their children's rights and whatever other issues come up.  It is a parent run parent list serve both of them.

We are going to change the format of membership on the lists tomorrow to insure that no providers or programs join if possible, and to include former res/boot camp etc. kids they will be so insightful as well.
