Title: Any truth to this rumor?
Post by: Anonymous on August 15, 2004, 08:00:00 AM
Awhile back I heard from a former resident of Elan that Elan students had too no longer scrub dishes in house 3 because they now have a ecolab commercial dishwasher.

Is this really true?

The person that I heard this from was at Elan in 2000, 4 years ago.

So I guess they get alot of volunteers too hit the pan now huh?

And to think during my time when we had to scrub pots and pans by hand, why wonder people got sick occasionally.

Thats probably why Elan raised its tuition, to cover the costs of getting up to code.

Now I wonder when they will shell out some cash to purchase new matresses? Those beds are like 4 generations old and probably covered with bacteria.

If they were so concerned about having everything cleaned X amount times a day, then why is it that Elan was so cheap on the bleech?

They would make each house ration a bottle a week so that they saved money.Bleech is cheap to begin with, shows you how stupid Elan is.
