On Monday August 02, 2004 the St Pete City Council is having the "workshop" regarding the "free speech zones" this is your chance to voice you position on the matter.

It is my understanding Richard Bradbury is planning on being there and speaking if possible.  Bring your picket signs, stand up for your rights.

Bay Walk is a weak spot because the Sembler's AND St Pete have so much riding on it including the taypayes.  Picketing Bay Walk really hurts a number of those people responsible for Straight, including St Pete.  

That's why they want to stop the protests!

Who do you think is behind the idea of "free speech zones"?

It looks like they're getting the majority of the publicity.  I haven't seen anything written yet about Str8 protesters there.

They get more attention b/c they are more organized in that area and can stage weekly protests. From what the article said the Uhuru group had to do this every week for months before they got any change.

It's simple if we want the people to never forget about what the Sembler's did to us WE MUST be out there often picketing.

This workshop will be a GREAT opportunity.  THE media is going to be there like crazy.

WE need to pick a place to meet at early before the thing starts and we should bring signs about the Sembler's and child abuse and picket beofre this thing and after, or during if possible.

ITS OUR CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!  SEE YOU ALL THERE.
