Bradbury's deposition is set for July 27, 2004; for the fourth time.
My guess is it will happen this time as they have a court date on August 26, 2004; four hours is set aside to hear the motions Bradbury and Sembler have filed.
I look forward to Bradbury finally completing the Sembler's depositions.
IT'S GREAT HE WILL BE ABLE TO DO THE SEMBLER'S DEPOSITIONS BEFORE THE ELECTION!!!!

I put my money on another hoax. I know I should keep it to myself, whenever I say something I usually wind up eating it later.
But, just as with the Morgan Collin & Gilbert suit ... I was told that I should hold out and not do anything because this one was a sure bet. I had to actually call that law firm in Tallahasee or wherever it was to really get an update, only to find that they dismissed it pretty much right away; and that was only after three others of oru kind said that MCG had gotten the go-ahead and found a way around the statute of limitations. Go fig.
I take all the doings of R.B. as some spokesman for Straight to mean that he has done several things to aid this cause of getting Melvin and his doings at Straight into court. I say let it happen and let the dogs of war rage. I would really like to see some heads on platters. But, again, as always, I put my time and money on the hoax or on the glitch or miscommunication that happens that generally always has a way of making the best of people's intentions get shot down.
