Title: Update on Lawsuits
Post by: Anonymous on March 25, 2004, 01:31:00 PM
(1) Anyone have a Pacer acct who can post an update on the court docket for the WWASPS v. PURE case?

(2) What is the status of the PURE lawsuit against Ginger/Fornits and Carey? Is it moving forward or has it been dropped?

(3) Has the direct-action lawsuit been filed yet?  If so, where?

(4)  What happened to Ryan F's website?  Why is it and Ryan no longer online?

Ginger, sorry to be a bother here, but would you please post that link to where the PDF files on the WWASPS v. PURE court docket can be found?  I tried looking in the archives, but to be truthful, so many threads came up, I was overwhelmed and gave up wading through all the posts looking for the link.  Thanks!

Nobody ever answered the question about Ryan F's website.  The movie is apparently still a reality but this kid seems to have dropped off the radar screen.  Anybody know what's up with this?

I haven't heard a word. I would assume he probably just decided to get back to the business of living. I certainly hope no one would hold it against him if that's what he decided to do. I don't think anyone needs to be pressed into service here.

I hope the kid's happy and enjoying life now.

Every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; that men acting by virtue of powers, may do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid."

This link came up on an Internet search for WWASPS lawsuits.

This link was not the question.  It's the lawsuits that WWASP is bringing against PURE, etc.

Any new info on where the WWASP vs PURE stands?

Ginger, any chance you (or someone else) can update the court docket on this case from 11-5-03 to the present?

Thanks!
