What's the deal with a class-action lawsuit?  Could we survivors file a class-action suit against Miller, Mel, and the rest of the gang?  I don't know a hell of a lot about the civil end of our legal system.  Maybe one of you could educate me a little about it.

Well, I don't know. I'd say wait for the coming depositions, get copies of the transcripts then shop them around to some lawfirms. That's probably the best way to get an answer.

Bradbury's case is an important step towards the class action suit.  Bradbury's case is the 1st case  all about the Straight Holocaust as a WHOLE.... not just singular.  His case covers the entire Holocaust and all it's players: meaning ALL those reponsible, government officials, board members, donors, etc.  Watch what he does to those who committed the Straight Holocaust.  I have read his story, it's taken him 20 years to hold these people responsible as a whole for all of us.   He seems very patient and has been willing to let all the pieces come togther.  He's chillin on thestraights.com news site drinking a beer.  Does he looked freaked?  NO.  I understand you are ready to kick the child abusers asses, Bradbury's case is going to lead the way.  Support Bradbury donate to his legal team.  These things take time.  Look how long slavery lastest.  Stuff like that still continues today.  This is our cause and the cause of future generations.

I have more hopes on the documentary. Plus people love indie films right now, it will get seen by a bunch of people.

Does anyone know what is up with it? Are they still working on it?

Yes, under RICO acts it is possible to file a full-on suit. As an acting paralegal I will personally help you file a suit. I am also a survivor. You may contact me here. I will need some personal information once we get this thing going.

RICO laws and similar transcend statutes and federal guidelines where businesses do alot of shifting hands under old state laws.
