Man, I am soooo glad I grew up in the '70's when it was A-OK not to trust anybody over 30.

Yeah, I feel for the kids of my generation whose parents hit the panic button and sent their kids to one of those straight-from-hell thought control camps. Guess my folks were too busy "liberating" themselves to worry about what their kids were doing. Hell, I can still smell the bras burning in MacArthur Park.

my mom told me the "tough love" group she went to in the early 80's (when i was a teen) tried to convince her to put me in straight plymouth. she said, there was no way i was turnin my kids over to those moorons. She stopped going to the group meeting and thereafter referred to them as "a bunch of ninnys).
ha ha  some things never change!

yeah and now this is one of the fastest growing industries in our country!
an industry out of control if ya ask me

An out-of-control industry driven by out-of-control parents, not teens. Parents stop locking your kids up under the guise of helping families heal. We're on to ya!
