Title: Virgil's Current Psychology License

Can someone tell me how Virgil can still practice and be licensed as a psychologist in the state of Florida?

Does he even have the required education?
Is there something we can do to be sure this board knows the truth about him?

It's worth a shot I think. You CAN file anonymously, but there are time limits. 6 years it seems.

"These time limits do not apply to complaints involving criminal actions, diversion of controlled substances, sexual misconduct, or impairment by a licensee. "

Has anyone tried this before?

If not I think it's up to us to file a complaint before his renewal date.

This is exactly what comes up when you search for Virgil Newton under the Florida State Psychology Board License Directory. It doesn't specify whether it is home or work.
