I wasn't into Metallica when I went into Straight, had never heard any of their songs, but I was smart enough to know that NOTHING from them would ever get approved!!

But it gave me something to look into when I got out of Straight.

My favorite Metallica song is Trapped Under Ice.

Brandy copped out with me shortly after and never came back. I unfortunately did.

For what it's worth, the ultimate "druggie" band in 1988 were The Butthole Surfers, to me. :silly:
