Like I've said, I don't like PFC much either. I'm just not going to sit around all day and waste my time bitching about it to a bunch of peckers. That's not to say that I'm not greatful for some of the things PFC did for me. For example, PFC allowed me to be accepted for my homosexuality, and for that, I am greatful. That's right, and I don't give a shit that you guys know this either. That's right, I am GAY and proud.

I really don't think anyone cares if you're gay or straight. What pisses me off is how you treat the people here who apparently went through a lot more bullshit in the program than you did. Your buddy Tony keeps saying that there wasn't physical abuse etc. As I said to someone else, if that's true, wonderful...consider yourself lucky. There ARE people who were HORRIFICALLY abused in there. If you got out relatively unscathed, good for you....most of us didn't. This isn't just a bitch session when we post here. We are trying to stop the abuse that is STILL CONTINUING. But,even if we ARE just bitching....I think we've earned that right for the rest of our lives.
If you don't want to hear/read the bitching....DON'T FUCKING READ IT.By 1940 the literacy figure for all states stood at 96 percent for whites. Eighty percent for blacks. Notice for all the disadvantages blacks labored under, four of five were still literate. Six decades later, at the end of the 20th century, the National Adult Literacy Survey and the National Assessment of Educational Progress say 40 percent of blacks and 17 percent of whites can't read at all. Put another way, black illiteracy doubled, white illiteracy quadrupled, despite the fact that we spend three or four times as much real money on schooling as we did 60 years ago.
