well, Ginger, i talked to the spammer whom you banned and this person said they were sorry and wouldn't do it again. this person went to elan, deserves to be here and just got pissed off. so please reinstate this person's IP address.

What is this, people get banned from here now?I thought Ken Zaretzky's site was bad?

Err.. He started some 50 threads all with single-line phrases such as "This site is stupid/retarded/bad/gay" ect.... He has a 14 day ban starting i dunno when. But he should be back soon. I think he should wait it out, maybe it will teach him a lesson :smile:
In the meantime, i suggest angermanagment classes. God knows what he might have done if it was a PERSON he was angry at, not a site.

No, I'll take the ban off.
I've banned a couple of ppl before for flooding, hacking or spamming. Anything that effectively takes the board down so that ppl who want to read it have to wade through pages and pages of meaningless posts to get to what they're looking for I consider crude hacking. Not everybody has that kind of time on their hands, so that effectively a denial of service attack.
