What happen to Froderick? Was he only fighting for PURE? Was his only goal for posting to shut Carey up?

Well since you seem to know it all, why don't you tell the court what relevance this document has to the fact that Carey BockBockBock was too much of a CHICKEN to disclose her motive for freely "sharing information" with WWASP. I'm not into reading that stuff. It bores me. I'd rather surf porn or play solitaire. judge froderick, apparently, carey sold her sole to wwasps for 12,500. the asking price for her PC started at 100,000, but good old spence talked her down. she also is under the impression that wwasp doesn't control any of the "programs" they operate? any further questions?

What did PURE do (or not do) to justify the need for a preliminary injunction against them? Seems to me that is the $64,000 dollar question.

Hooray, the truth is marching on! There are NO SAINTS in the teen-help industry. That is PURE bullshit. Kids are being sold into for-profit programs under the guise of helping families heal and/or reunite. How sad (and outrageous) is that and what can be done to keep kids safe from such flagrant exploitation? That's another question to add to Ginger's and Froderick's list that I hope we will get an answer to.

Caveat emptor. I think the Teen Help industry is very like the patent medicine industry back around the turn of the century. All these hucksters playing on people's fears and selling unproven and often dangerous cures for maladies that, very often, didn't exist.
The Pure Food and Drug Labeling act improved that situation remarkably in just a few years. Then came Harrison to reverse the improvement far beyond the conditions initially addressed by the labeling act.
All we really need is a well informed populace that understands that there is no warranty, either on kids or on newage treatments and that won't be so easily suckered by these hucksters.
