Title: John Shoop " A former staff member at Elan"

john was a former staff member that worked at 3 for not more then a year.He was let go because staff said he was too laid back and didn't enforce enough discipline.Well John was a real person, he wasn't some corrupt peice of shit that liked to fuck with people's heads.
I rmember Marc Rosenberg talking about him in a house meeting taking credit for having him fired.Fuck you Marc, You weren't even half the man John was.They didn't like John because he wasn't into abusing teenagers.
My hat goes off to you John Shoop. You were a real person and knew exactly how to be around troubled teens.Perhaps if the Elan staff had folowed in your foot steps there wouldn't be so many hostile former resident's at this time.
