That woman is just plain evil. She subjected the kids in 7 to so much unnecessary bullshit and eventually, since she was a senior director, it filtered to the entire complex. I got out before the serious shit happened, but I have friends who were hurt badly by the crap she pulled.
I really despise that woman. I've mostly gotten over Elan, but hearing her name makes me angry.

I wasn't in 7, but my run-ins with Tania were always bad. Because of her, I had to go up to the house to shower when I was a re-entry student. She even bitched at me forever, because I was irresponsible and it was a fire hazard for me to be alone, when really the only reason that building would have set on fire, was because of lack of maintenance in the first place.
I'm completely over Elan, but Tania's name makes me cringe too. I still remember the look on her face after Dale broke Josh M.'s nose in the three house ring on New Years eve and the blood splattered all over. She looked all shocked, like how could that happen, and how horrible this happened to me, when she was the one who ordered the ring in the first place. Also, she's the one who approved putting in a guy who was a kickboxer and outweighed the guy by at least 35 pounds of muscle and 5 inches. But, hey fair is fair, since he was also the only guy I ever saw get put in the ring who never actually struck someone. Just antagonized. Tania's evil. She's one of the few staff members that I think does it only for the money and to get off on abusing kids.

When Tania put in a job application for elan they asked her " Will you uphold all discipline and be very strict on enforcing it?" If one likes to enforce punishment then you already have one foot in the door to work at elan.Every single staff member that is employed there has no degree whats so ever.Hell, some of them don't even have a HS diploma.Sad, real fuckin sad.
