Title: The Temperament Sorter
Post by: ehm on October 24, 2003, 09:08:00 AM
This is pretty cool, and doesn't take long.
I'm The Champion, Idealist. It's dead on too. Very interesting.

History gives us a kind of chart, and we dare not surrender even a small rushlight in the darkness. The hasty reformer who does not remember the past will find himself condemned to repeat it.

I'm a guardian (ISTJ)  Beent told that before on a myers-briggs test.  One of the personality test my wife gave me when we first started dating.  But if you ask some poeople they will just tell you that "Mike is an asshole.  That is his personality!"

I'm an Idealist too.

Our Constitution is in actual operation; everything appears to promise that it will last; but in this world nothing is certain but death and taxes.

At the end of the test, alarms went off and black helicopters were flying over my apartment building while Men In Black shimmied down ropes.  None of my neighbors heard this because of advanced "whisper-mode" technology.

Actually, I scored as an Artisan, which makes sense to me, how else could I come up with this stuff so easily?  I still need to get off my ass and draw more.

What if you don't take the test? What are you then? A cop-out?  :smokin: Pathetic?  :silly: A joker?   Thinking of other things you'd rather do with your time?   Ok, I'll stop...

I don't have much faith in that test. It said I was rational.

He, who has nothing, and who himself belongs to another, must be defended by him, whose property he is, and needs no arms. But he, who thinks he is his own master, and has what he can call his own, ought to have arms to defend himself, and what he possesses; else he lives precariously, and at discretion.

Ginger my dear,
You are one of the most rational women I know.

There's no biochemical test to distinguish the so-called manic-depressive person from the elated or despondent football fan. Nor is there any resan to assume the manic-depressive's inner experience is driven by twisted molecules while the football fan's is driven, at worst, by twisted values

A slipping gear could let your M203 grenade launcher fire when you least expect it.  That would make you quite unpopular in what's left of your unit.
