Do you have a passion to see young people find hope and healing through a relationship with Jesus Christ? If the answer is YES, then we invite you to contact us about opportunities to join our team of dedicated staff in our Boys or Girls Homes. The Fold is an excellent environment for you to begin a career in ministry, or invest yourself for a season of service. We are committed to an ongoing program of training and development that will provide you with opportunities for growth that will challenge your mind and nurture your heart and soul. We understand the demands of full-time ministry and strive diligently to create an environment that encourages personal balance and spiritual enrichment.
Positions are available for both singles and married couples without children. If you would like to take the next step and find out more about what God is doing here in the beautiful mountains of Vermont, fill out the form below and we will send out an info packet about our ministry, the program, and service opportunities.

Doesn't sound like the staff is required to have any formal training. Requirements:
1. Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?
2. Do you believe the Great Commission as described in Matthew 28:19 applies to you?
3. Do you believe that God is calling you to consider a full-time vocational ministry?
4. Do you believe God is calling you into youth ministry?
5. Do you have skills and gifts that you would like to offer The Fold in any of the above roles to reach young people for Jesus Christ?

Thanks Deborah, sure hope this is one faith-based program that doesn't follow the practices of say, Mountain Park Baptist or Bethel Boys Academy. Too bad they can not afford better qualified, trained staff to deal with the special needs of the youth they "serve". This always seems to be an issue with these kinds of residential placements.
