The Family Foundation School has continually refused to give students full and unmonitored access to Child protective Services, allowing abuse to go unreported.

The concept of a program giving its victims access to CPS? That's some high comedy, there.

Not entirely surprising, most programs that do give access to CPS do so only because they are required by law. Even then programs like Straight Inc. used to have peer restraints for kids who tried to make exercise their right to make a complaint by phone. This is with these rights posted on the wall as well for all to see.
Go figure.

Of course, having access to CPS or other government social service agencies is hardly a guarantee that anything positive might come of it. Although they did the right thing last year by shutting Mount Bachelor down, IMO, this would appear to be the exception to the rule when it comes to CPS' usual modus operandi.
