I have no idea. I do know that back when my dad was so sick I bought him some "medical grade" pot that cost me eighty bucks for an amount I would have paid maybe two dollars for in the seventies. I was flat out shocked at the price. Having said that, I have an old friend I'd like to do the same for but my source has vanished on me.
