Hi.  I am Blaire's birth mother and on Friday I just learned of her death 4 years ago.  I have been trying to find her for years and then I get a letter from the government advising me of her death.  I am so sad.  If anyone wants to contact me please do so.

Could you give us some more information on the background to the situation? I have no idea who you are talking about, but I would like to know more.
