I canceled my health insurance policy with Bluecross last month, yet they still sent me a bill. Wtf? They told me I didn't have to write a damn letter to cancel my policy (in other words, over the phone was good enough was what I gathered from what they said.) Anyone had difficulty with them in this department? Thanks.

Yes I had same thing happened exact same time Brother that is wild, contact your agent again tell them to listen up "fuckface" you always need a letter to change/alter or canx your policy, "always". Has to do w/ Liability as I'm sure you know already. Peace
