Could someone help me locate the So Cal Medical Director of Straight? I know his name was Dr. Kennedy but I don't know his first name. I recently found an attorney that specializes in cults that may be interested in helping victims of the Yorba Linda Straight. I checked the American Med Board plus American Psychiatric Board. I know Dr. Kennedy was a psychiatrist however, I need to narrow the search. I don't know where he is practicing now. Wes, maybe you can help me with this info.
FYI- If anyone is interested with pursuing a lawsuit with Straight here is a biggie. In most states and CA law requires an MD to complete an evaluation with in the first 24 hrs of treatment (with any rehap, hospital, detox center etc). I know there were MD'S that overlooked each Straight however, many never met with the clients. This is a violation according to the AMA plus American Psyc Board. In addition, they billed insurance companies as if they did an eval. In reality it was just other kids on higher phases.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I was in the Yorba Linda Straight and cannot remember Dr. Kennedy or any "medical director" for the life of me. I probably won't be able to help in any law suit as I transferred from the Dallas Straight where my admission was. Durring the transfer I saw no "professional" for whatever thats worth. Most, if not all, of the assholes I remember skipped town after they shut down. Shame on them.
