Who can check up on the detainees in the program they run in this country?

Can you provide us with information the program is unsafe?  Is there any proof children are escorted to the program?

Troll, I’m pretty sure Oscar is interested in seeing if someone can verify that the children in this program were moved to safety. Typhoon Ketsana swept through on Oct. 10th
