I hear and read from time to time about people that want to sue Elan for abuse.How would one go about that? Espeicially after all these years?
And what damages can you go after to achieve this lawsuit?

your probably right paul. i dont see elan forkin over any money now that joe is dead. you cant bleed a stone, but you canturn it into sand. i just want elan to close. and with a total pop of 60 it looks like it may happen soon. this comming weekend i am gonna drive through elan, probably friday and saturday, see whats goin on.

yeah i am going to portland on business, so i figured i'll do a drive through and check it out, for shits and giggles. i probably will bring a camera hoping to catch some wildlife. they better not fuk up my rental car though or i'll have to bust some heads.

i know they do, thats why i post. hope they got the place ready for me.... i think most pro posts on all anti elan sites are by them or used to be. anyway like it or not im gonna scope them out.

I dont think they read any of these posts.If they did you know they would say something back in return to defend themselves.Marty is too stupid how to figure out to use a computer "thats what Ken Zaretsky said" Marc Rosenberg smokes his entire pay check and couldnt afford one.Jeffery is too old fashioned to use one.
Most of the pro posts out there are the ass kissers that went through elan, people like Peter Moore ect.
Anyway Syn if they do kick you off the campus just park on the road and bust their balls, Elan does not own that dirt road.I would love to join you on this little trip but I have no time to escape now.Besides we might start arguing again and I would have to beat you up , LOL.Well I hope you get lots of pictures of that place cant wait to see them.If you do get in take pictures inside of 3.

hell no they wont let me in 3. but for you nazi i'll do my best. I do think that all of us anti elan peoples should all go one day if they dont close soon. just so they know. but the younger staff i would bet check these posts out. i know Missy does. she posts on Kens site, so i bet she checks these posts out. some posts have been read thousands of times with no responses. i know all of us dont keep checking the old posts out.

I wonder if it is bleeding a stone. If I was them, and I was gonna go through all this trouble to destrot human lives for money, I would probably also have an, "out".. a caretain way in which I owuld exist the program, or allow it to be destroted while my pockets are still full of money, and i had still never been officailly held accountable.
Not that I would do this.. but if I was to, and I was to put also this organisation and planning into it, I would make sure that when I finally ducked out, I had made a huge score.
I bet that there is actually probably tons of money hidden away somewhere.
and also, it's worth noting, that whether Elan now falls under, or not they were never held accountable, or overcame, or defeated in anyway.
They basically are going down, like a boxing champion, who retires, while he still holds the belt. This could all very well be part of a preconcieved plan. Hell, thye could even rise back up again under another name, or in another dishonest part of society..

But more suprising things have happenned before.
Remember that these people are not just criminals, they are professional criminals, elitist criminals, who operate freely in a just society, with no consequences.
They seem to have the ability to walk right through the walls of the moral code of our society!
