But you know, I was thinking, so WHAT if it's a donation? If NE were to solicit some wealthy people and buy the pump, the money would still end up in the hands of Mr. Sembler? Wouldn't it?

Who cares - Richard has put his ass on the line for 20+ years.  He deserves every penny he can get from the Semblers.  25% is sure better than nothing.  It will help whom ever he gives it to.  After all 25% is better than 0%.  Richard is to be commended.

Thanks for clarifying who was selling the damn thing. Now I finally get it. I guess I should read things before commenting on them. I thought I knew what was going on, but was clueless as someone on a bad acid trip. My apologies to all. (Jeez, and I don't even smoke weed that much anymore) I now understand that it is *Richard* who is selling the pickle stretcher and not MEL. Christ, it's embarrassing to admit to this sort of naïveté...  :sad:
