Btw, Island View RTC seems to be the threatened lock-up of choice for Rocklyn Academy (http://http://www.fornits.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=22400). According to this Facebook group (http://http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=2233949078), a number of girls got sent there when "progress" at Rocklyn was deemed "insufficient"...
