Just like STRAIGHT did when it "closed", so did PFC today right before they were scheduled to be EVICTED. Yep, they settled out of court with their landlord. The key now is to find out just what that settlement entails. Have no fear, that information should be forthcoming, even if it goes to the Supreme Court!!! :deal: :deal: :deal:

Update and additional info:
We were in Indianapolis today and tonight (Friday, 7-24-2009)
Upon arrival at the court room, we were informed by the court clerk that Pathway Family Center had settled out of court earlier today and that there would be no eviction proceedings in court. I would have enjoyed seeing this court battle but it was not to be.
Later:
There were people loading out boxes and things out of the Pathway building, then they left. It appears that the eviction has settled in. With the exception of a few chairs, the Pathway building is empty now.
Later we checked for activity, there was absolutely none. There was no Open Meeting at the Indianapolis Pathway building tonight. The building and parking lot was empty.
Terri Nissley has not announced Pathway's closure so we are now very interested in where the remaining kids are being held.
