How are you? I want to let you know about a new and exciting resource we have created to make tthe Referral Program easier and more profitable for you!
As you may already know, The World Wide Association would rather put their advertising $$ into the pockets of their parents than into media campaigns.
Whether your child is currently enrolled or has already graduated the program, it pays to refer.
Here's how it works: Our new AFFILIATE PROGRAM gives you your very own, pre-designed website at no charge. When you advertise, or distribute your
brochures, you put YOUR website on them. When a parent logs on to see what we're all about and fills out the online form, your website will
automatically register this as YOUR referral. In addition, it will immediately generate a packet of information to go out to that parent, as
well as an immediate phone call from me!
There is a built-in tracking system allows you to see what is transpiring between me and your referral. It will also protect you so that no one else can get on your referrals.
For more information on this, and to get set up in just five minutes, go to: http://www.parentshelpingteens.com/refe ... gram4.html (http://www.parentshelpingteens.com/referral_program4.html)
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and email me back if you're interested.
I hope you will find this as a valuable resource to help you make a difference in the life of another family, as well your pocketbook!
Warmest regards,
Jane Hawley

WILL THEY STOP AT ANYTHING? INCREDIBLE.

Where does this put the PR firm? With all the networking they have wonder why the PR firm is now hired. Could they smell lots of litagation ahead?
-
Maybe Jane could have made it a little more clear - they don't pay educational consultants or anyone else that refers families to them.
I certainly don't agree with asking the parents to go out and look for people, which is how it sounds. It comes across very tacky. Is WWASP the only TBS/RTC that doesn't pay others a referral fee? Do most other programs charge a much higher tuition to cover the costs of paying educ consultants and others?
On the upside, however, I see that families that don't have deep pockets can still afford this if they know others in their same situation. Their child can stay until graduation, the other family gets the help they need.
I don't see where having a few months of tuition being paid is a bad thing for helping others by sharing their experience. I highly doubt if these parents are holding the other parents captive until they sign the papers.

Betsy, lets leave that for the courts to decide. Since you claim you dont work for WWASPS or are NOT related, maybe you don't know: THEY DO PAY EC'S, TRANSPORTS/ESCORTS, OR ANY REFERRAL AGENCY THAT WILL TAKE THERE MONEY. :smokin:
-
Of course they :smokin: do!
-
SHOW THEM THE MONEY AND THEY WILL PLACE THE KIDS.
-
Of course they do?? What a smoke screen! Hey, why don't you call them and ask them. Since PURe started all this propaganda because Sue Scheff wanted her cut of any referral fee and they refused, why is she still on her crusade? 10-1 if they offered her the referral fee she would take it and laugh allthe way to the bank, that is unless the other programs she refers to give her a heftier fee.
Again, they do not pay her, educational consultants for the most part nor anyone else - call them and check it out before posting your bull. Is this another PURE coincidence?
-
PURE recommends consultants...very expensive consultants at that!
-
This is one sick industry.
-
sick and definitely competitive. expensive consultants? i think you are thinking of the ieca people. http://www.iecaonline.com (http://www.iecaonline.com) another scam imho.
-
GET THAT ADVERTISEMENT THE HELL OFF THIS WEBSITE! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Melissa what advertisement?

Hey ol gal.
Six days ago you presented yourself as neurtal and not a WWASP supporter, now suddenly you are an expert? How is it that in less than a week you know more than Jane? If I replace "they" with "we", you'd sound like Jane's boss, correcting her error.
You posed a question to this board:
REAL-LIFE Question: Would you ever pretend to
be someone you?re not (like a disgruntled or satisfied parent or student or activist) just to get something that you wanted?
How bout it? Would you pretend to be a curious, neutral party (who in the course of 6 days has become the authority on WWASP) just to get something you wanted?
And:
I certainly don't agree with asking the parents to go out and look for people, which is how it sounds. It comes across very tacky.
Then,
I don't see where having a few months of tuition being paid is a bad thing for helping others by sharing their experience.
*************
Which is it? It would all be dandy if they just didn't "ask" the parents to round up others? If they didn't provide promotional materials and suggest that paretns mail their Police, Judges, Probations, Attorneys, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Acute Care Centers, School Counselors, Principals, Youth Activity Directors, Parent Groups, Tough Love Groups, etc. over and over until they got a response?
How are parents going to have a few months tuition paid (25-50% is more than a few)if they aren't out there beating the bushes? I wonder how many sell the program by telling the other parents that they can earn a free month of torture for each referal?
It's much more than "helping others", and it's worse than tacky.
Read the other report:
http://fornits.com/wwf/viewtopic.php?to ... forum=9&10 (http://fornits.com/wwf/viewtopic.php?topic=2769&forum=9&10)
If those parents spent half the time used to recruit, with their teens instead, there might not be a "problem".

Look, Einstein, this has been going on longer than PURE or even WWASP has been in existance. All the way back in the early `80's, Synanon based boarding schools and treatment facilities were paying bounties to recruiters. It's nothing new and certainly is not a PURE rumor.
Until you've lost your reputation, you never realize what a burden it was or what freedom really is.
