Looks like they didn't pay their hosting bill. Their domain registration is all paid up, though (otherwise I would have snapped it up and repurposed it).

wonder whats been going on with them, all this action a few months ago and now nothing. What about the group of patents who started that new group using the building and still meeting on fridays. i forgot the name they are using.(new beginings) did PFC ever turn in its liscense to the state of michigan since it closed in january? What i do know is that 10 out of the 25 kids relasped within 1 to 3 months after they got out. even the one kid who was in there for 24 months! That shows something for the 86% plus recovery rate of success to be bullshit......

What's been 'going on with them'? Good question, better stand them up and find out.
I do not know if they turned in their license, they should have never had one to begin with. :bs:
"Relapsed"? As in "going back to drugs"? Well, I sure hope so!! It's about damned time after being stuck in that place.... :rasta:

It looks like their site is still up.....but the PFC home page doesn't come up in a google search anymore. It does show up in a yahoo search though. Weird.
Also, according to their home page PFC now has a facebook page.........are they serious?

oops, back up on google. Oh well, it was nice to see the future of a world without a PFC website.
-
And now it's back off of the google search again.

So what's West up to these days? It's over 120 days since his complaint was filed and DMHA is being tight-lipped lollygaggin as all gitout. What do you know? What don't you know? Anything? Everything? LOL...
Why the delay? What's the big scoop nobody's hearing? No evidence of any lawsuits in Indy, so what's up? Nothing? Anything?
-
If you are asking me personally, I don't know anything of importance. From what I understand, certain things are being kept "hush hush" due to legal and official ranglings. As for the details of that, I don't know and I don't want to know.
There are plans to protest Pathway soon. That I can tell you. If anyone is interested in that they can contact me about it.
By the way, I wonder how the AARC protest is going today....Hopefully there will be good news soon.
peace-out

Ok, well, um, from what you understand? Does this mean West told you to keep quiet? There's NO lawsuits filed in Indy against PFC, according to the court there. If there was legal wranglings, it makes sense that there would be something like a paper being filed or something like that. 3 or so months ago West told me that the state folks wouldn't talk to him, but he's the one that filed the damn complaint, LOL. Whatever...
DMHA is playing the stupid game right now, being evasive and whatnot with their open-ended complaint resolution time-frame policy. If they wait long enough, they can say "Due to insufficient evidence... blah blah... this case is closed". I don't know if they know, but the situation at PFC is an extremely fluid one. Here one day, gone the next, 1 or 2 directors per month, no nurses, any number of newcomers, oldcomers, no wait, they're newcomers now, shit! No, dammit, they went back home, etc etc... People aren't going to be around to talk to for more than a couple weeks or days or however frequently it turns over.

What can I say? Indiana is still a "child-abuser friendly" state as far as I can tell. That is why Pathway retreated to Indiana. I would like to see justice done now but it will probably take some time.

As of right now, Pathway's home page isn't coming up in these search engines: Google, AOL, Gigablast.
I did find it in these search engines: Yahoo, Altavista, Lycos, Clusty, Ask.com.
