Isn't SPAM something that is sent to others that is unsolicited?

They are not spamming - what would be their purpose?  They are an internal support.  PURE - Hello!!  We don't care!

This actually sounds pretty good!  Prevention?

The pressure to fit in, get ahead and grow-up is an every increasing challenging for today's youth. Problems never faced by parents are overwhelming our kids no matter what their background, location or intelligence.

The Youth Seminar is focused on developing effective daily living skills, enhancing self-confidence and creating a lifelong method to achieve maximum results. This gift of insights you can give during teenage years, rather than through "hard" experience.

The Youth Seminar offers a unique setting where teens can address issues of self-limiting beliefs, self-defeating behavior, image and peer pressure. Unlike the ordinary classroom setting, The Youth Seminar is a highly interactive experience, which challenges teens to risk and have fun. During the Seminar, the teens will immerse in a combination of educational and experiential activities, which allows teens to evaluate the undesired results of their choices and begin making effective new choices. Learning requires engagement not observation. The students are presented with a series of games and processes to create an experience for learning.

The environment is anything but boring! Included in The Youth Seminar is our outdoor Ropes Course. A ropes course is an alternative learning environment to assist teens is development of strong peer leadership skills through the creation of team process. This is invaluable in creating a family team.

The results desired from completing the program are recognizing the value that each teen has in his/her family, circle of friends as well as the ability to make working choices creating a life of living accountably. Increased self-worth and leadership skills often result in the teens becoming better students and role models to their peers

Um, what is the point of sharing one's porcelain throne with the world

BTW: I did a search of the name Ian O'Betz and this same website came up, along with the Teen-Esteem promos. Guess there really are NO ACCIDENTS.

Well, I'm no PURE fan, but I can hardly wait to hear Lee's review of the porcelain throne.

I don't know, seems to me something deeper is going on here.  What do you think Betsy?  Is there a PURPOSE to bragging about one's indoor plumbing on the world wide web?

I.I.W.I.I.  (It Is What It Is)

A link that leads to a website obviously intended to evoke a desired reaction of some sort, even if the tongue-in-cheek overtones might conceivably be viewed as inappropriate or even offensive by some people's standards.

If it looks like spam and stinks like spam, it's spam. I don't recall anyone here soliciting information from these people. Anyone who drops in, knows after reading ONE thread that this would be "unsolicited advertising".

It's quiet obvious that the WWASP crusaders are out in full force, spamming the entire internet with their sickness.

It's spam.

Just looks like someone enjoying a little joke to me.  Weird of sense of humor though!  Whoever started the thread titled it SPAM.

Okay, someone who knows the WWASP lineup and their many personalities, let the rest of us in on who Betsy is. What's the relationship to O'Betz?

Ian O'betz has been working with Resource Realizations since 1998. He has worked as an Operations Manager in the Southern California area before his father took over. After moving to Southern Utah in mid '99, he began working as the St. George area Operations Manager.

Not only is Ian the Operations Coordinator, he is also the webmaster. Ian has put over a year's worth of work into the Resource web site, constantly upgrading, changing and seeking new ways to make things easier for everyone involved with Resource.

Ian got involved with Resource Realizations after he graduated Paradise Cove in the spring of '98. He has worked in many areas of the program since his graduation, including transporting, marketing and working at Spring Creek as a staff member.

He is currently enrolled in BYU college coorespondence courses. He has been married for two years to his beautiful wife Vanessa.

The link goes to a story about Sex & Fidelity in the age of Teledildonics.
Perhaps it is a bad link, or perhaps Donna had a sense of humor and was making an indirect comment?

Not sure the purpose of this thread, maybe one of us WWASP people playing with you?  Regardless, it speaks volumes that a grad has dedicated his life after the program to working for them in some form or another.  It's a little hard to get past the toilet shot  :???:

His dad Mike used to take the boys sailing in Ensenada. Heard he still does even though Ian graduated a long timeago.  I've staffed with him on occasion and this man has a BIG heart.

Whatever the purpose of this thread, it is kinda funny.

This is a strange thread to come across when you are searching on your name on google. Perhaps I can clear some of this stuff up:

My name (Ian O'Betz) comes up in searches with the Teen Esteem promos because I designed the web site and I took credit by placing my name on the site. My father helped create the Teen Esteem Foundation (with the purpose of preventing kids needing a speciality school) and asked if I would like to be part of the board of directors. It is a volunteer position, as TE is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

I am not a graduate of Casa By The Sea. I am a graduate of Paradise Cove (Samoa) and Spring Creek Lodge.

The photographs of my house that I posted to my home page are for the purpose of selling the house in the future. Those pictures were taken when the house was purchased with nothing in it. I do apologize if a picture of a toilet has offended anyone...

It's too bad "The Story of Ian O'Betz" is no longer up. It was a good story. The link used to be OldTuna.htm and not HotTuna.htm. I don't work for the World Wide Association of Specialty Programs and never have.
