I doubt that the Wiz has any idea where his behavior modification program came from.  Obviously he watched Miller Newton use the program in Kids, and ran with it once he had conned enough folks to let him loose in Calgary.  The raps were taken from Synanon, but the first program that used the Host Homes to immediately enforce the disorientation and dislocation in the mind of the client was the Seed.  For any of you AARColytes who would like to know where Dean-o got his powers from, this is the US Senate's view of AARC's prototype:

I think that the reason Dean-o was able to hide his participation in the destruction of lives at Kids was because he still wen by Smeagol back then.

That is interesting information you present, but yes, of course, Dean Vause must have spent time "training" at one of Newton's cults. Do you happen to know what years?

He trained at Kids of Bergen County.  Apparantly some of the staff came directly from Kids as well.  Not sure of the years.  I believe it's mentioned in the CBC documentary.
