Attorney Henry Bushkin (former lawyer for Johnny Carson) will be the lead attorney and Attorney Ed Masry (real-life attorney in the movie, Erin Brochovich).

The maxi-train is coming down the tracks and it's headed for the World Wide Association of Specialty Programs in St. George, Utah.

What is the connection, if any, between the now-defunct Boarding School Truth website and PURE? As I recall, BST was heavily into recruiting clients for a class-action lawsuit ... and then mysteriously disappeared.  The rumor that BST was started by a former student was probably just that, a rumor.

Mr. Masry is a very ill man - I don't think he'll be doing much of anything.  Keep him in your prayers and thoughts.

He has end-stage renal disease, heart disease, diabetes, dialysis three times a week.  He's very sick.  He just keeps going though.  He doesn't let things get him down.  As long as he keeps breathing he'll keep working.
