How do you feel when you see one of those commercials showing the starving babies in Africa, who you can save for 16 cents per day?
That's how much people care about program abuse. They don't care, and why should they? They have more important things to worry about.

I feel like...........
hmmm how you say...........
'blindly throwing money at any problem is the best and first answer'

No but seriously no one cares. In fact I can tell when I tell people about it, it makes them uncomfortable.

If I didn't experience this abuse 1st hand, I wouldn't care b/c I wouldn't be able to believe it! It is hard for me to believe now, I don't want to...for the longest time I didn't admit it even happened to me. I wish it hadn't. I have suffered so much b/c of the trauma (2yrs in straight). But what do you want ppl to do, how would they help? yes by caring but it is not even aknowledged and there is no retribution...just little bits of info here and there we as survivors are left to peice together....maybe when it comes out full force what was done to us as teens we will receive the sympathy and retribution.....I am waiting!!!!! It will be a good day!
