this seems tyo be a very pro McCain/Palin site that believes in heavy censorship, given comments on the story..

According to the API they had an agreement to release the Michell tape. Not the whitty rant tape, but the one where she is upset that the API is covering the birth certificate controversy. Fox didn't follow the agreement, and so API gave a ultimatum which Fox ignored. API is now working on other arrangements. API insist the tape is of vital importance to this election.
